Drive Sweden is an ecosystem consisting of approximately 200 partners from industry, society, and academia. Together, they collaborate to develop, test, and implement efficient, connected, shared, and automated transport solutions, driving innovation and advancement in the transportation sector in Sweden.

Drive Sweden is a government initiative for more sustainable transportation systems. By financing innovations, Drive Sweden contributes to making new solutions in shared, connected and automated mobility not only technically, commercially, and legally feasible but also creates benefits for society, individuals, and businesses. The program has been in operation since 2015 and is financed by Vinnova, the Swedish Energy Agency, and Formas. Partners confirm that the broad collaboration in project and program activities leads to a broadened perspective, rapid knowledge development, and more market-adapted solutions.

Drive Sweden is a key partner in the 2024 Sweden-US Autotech Program, contributing to its success through its expertise and network within the transportation sector.
